About the Role

Join our sales team and inspire customers with a passion for modern construction. You will guide clients from initial concept to successful project completion, demonstrating how modular construction offers faster, more sustainable, and economical solutions.

Responsibilities

Active contribution to sales development and market access for modular housing and educational building projects.
Development of regional sales strategies tailored to local needs.
Development of housing and educational projects in growing urban regions, focusing on modular solutions.
Close collaboration with project teams, technical, and calculation departments to ensure technically and economically viable proposals.
Creation and management of local campaigns, trade fair participation, and events in cooperation with the marketing team.
Continuous market observation, trend analysis, regulatory monitoring, and analysis of customer needs.
Building a regional network of architects, planners, partners, and political decision-makers.

Requirements

Successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or a corresponding degree.
Sales experience, ideally in the construction, real estate, or project business.
Extensive and well-maintained network, ideally within the German real estate and construction industry.
Proactive individual with technical understanding, viewing challenges as opportunities to be seized.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and persuasive abilities at negotiation and decision-making levels.
Independent, fast, and goal-oriented with a passion for smart solutions over rigid processes.
Mobile and flexible, comfortable with travel, digitally minded, and residing in the greater Hamburg area.
Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
