About the Role
This is a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles, supporting hiring across EMEA. You will be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimizing processes, and delivering quality hires quickly. Your work will be highly visible as part of the delivery team for this client.

- Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas
- Manage hiring data to help managers make better decisions
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes
- Help build recruitment strategies to support future hiring
Requirements
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring
- Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
- Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
- Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
- Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with the client
