Responsibilities

Advise, support, and care for individuals requiring medical aids.
Consult with patients, physicians, and nursing staff in clinical settings.
Ensure patient care is provided in home environments.
Conduct home visits and clinical assignments, with potential specialization based on experience and preference.
Represent the company and its services to clinics, doctor's offices, and care facilities, actively acquiring and maintaining customer relationships.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement measures.
Train medical professionals in healthcare facilities or nursing services on the use of medical aids.

Requirements

Successfully completed vocational training as a (pediatric) nurse, general nurse, or geriatric nurse, or as a healthcare professional.
Ideally, completed additional training in uro-, stoma therapy, and/or continence management (nursing expert).
Several years of professional experience in nursing.
Solid expertise in indication and care areas.
Initial experience in conducting training sessions and/or presentations is advantageous.
Strong sales and customer orientation, with high levels of independence and organizational skills.
Commercial interest and basic numerical understanding, along with MS Office skills.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Goal-oriented and reliable work approach, combined with high commitment, flexibility, and willingness to change.
