About the Role
As an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels identity and expertise, you will welcome and serve all visitors and clients entering the boutique. This role is focused on driving business, growing client expertise, offering an outstanding client experience, and contributing to a positive team spirit within the boutique.
Responsibilities
- Recruit clients, develop their loyalty, and achieve sales objectives.
- Present the Maison's universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration to clients.
- Personalize client relationships and anticipate client needs.
- Respond to client requests, after-sales services, and provide care advice.
- Actively participate in the day-to-day boutique life and contribute to a positive team spirit.
- Master in-store tools and follow commercial policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Detailed oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious, and reliable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
