About the Role
As a market leader in the hearing aid industry, WS Audiology is dedicated to improving people's quality of life. We aim to accelerate business transformation to reach more people effectively by increasing penetration in the underserved hearing care market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities for Widex brand hearing aids to our customers (hearing aid specialty stores, eyeglass chains, department stores, medical institutions, etc.).
- Build trusting relationships with customers and promote understanding of our products through proposals for sales strategies, tools, and campaigns, responding to inquiries, and conducting training sessions.
- Support customers in selling our products to hearing aid users.
- Manage daily work, including visiting schedules, as direct travel to/from home is the basic style.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Over 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (regardless of industry).
- Willingness to learn.
