About the Role
HENNGE is seeking a Brand Marketing Strategist to design and execute brand marketing strategies, covering everything from touchpoint and customer journey design to planning and key performance indicator (KPI) setting. This role is crucial for supporting the safe and convenient utilization of cloud services through our "HENNGE One" product, which addresses security risks and operational complexities associated with rapid SaaS adoption. We are expanding our team to drive customer acquisition and service enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and issue analysis.
- Design communication strategies that form the basis of specific activity plans.
- Design customer journeys.
- Design various KPIs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of measures and formulate improvement plans.
Requirements
- A total of 3+ years of experience in one of the following:
- Strategic planner or equivalent experience at an advertising agency, PR company, etc.
- Branding and marketing experience at a company (product type not specified).
