Responsibilities
- Own the monthly preparatory payroll process end to end for our 500+ employees in 8 European countries.
- Proactively kick-off and lead projects that aim for more streamlined, scalable, and efficient processes with the focus on employee experience.
- Become a trusted partner and expert within the organization and especially the People Department for payroll matters.
- Be the first point of contact for our employees in all payroll related questions.
- Build strong and trust-based relationships with our main stakeholders across the organization and partner with functions like finance, audit, as well as external partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in (preparatory) Payroll in a hyper-growth environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and procedural skills.
- High attention to detail, solution-oriented, and advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy.
- Ability to work with multiple different stakeholders at the same time.
- Fluent English language skills (German would be a plus).
