About the Role

  • Support the commercial team in marketing future partnership opportunities and existing partner relationships.
  • Assist in interpreting partner briefs, flagging clarification needs, and balancing partner goals against team goals and brand.
  • Support the development of creative concepts for partner campaigns under the direction of the Partner Content Manager.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact between partnerships, internal content teams, and commercial colleagues.
  • Track partner campaign milestones and deliverables against contractual obligations, maintaining accurate records.
  • Flag risks or delays to the Partner Content Manager early.
  • Support the planning and scheduling of partner content across race weekends and always-on output.
  • Help prepare partner recap reports and performance summaries following campaign delivery.
  • Understand and work in line with Williams Values & Behaviours.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the department.
  • Ensure understanding of and compliance with health and safety obligations.
  • Maintain consistent production and presentation standards across partner content.
  • Identify and drive ways to continuously improve partner campaign delivery.
  • Ensure full understanding of and compliance with partner contractual obligations relevant to content delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner marketing, sponsorship activation, brand content or a related field, ideally within sport, motorsport or a rights-holder environment.
  • Ability to read a brief and understand what's really being asked, helping reconcile a partner's goals with the team's goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable acting as a connector between partners, content and commercial teams.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to support multiple bespoke partner campaigns at once against a live F1 season calendar.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with reactive content tied to live race weekend results and tight turnarounds.
  • Working knowledge of production management tools (e.g. Monday.com).
  • Skilled at building best-in-class presentations.
  • Able to translate partner campaigns and results into polished, compelling decks.
  • F1, motorsport or another major sponsorship/rights-holder environment experience is an advantage.
  • Three years production experience.
