About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. You will be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests efficiently and pleasantly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including table setup/clearing, restocking, and inventory management.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required.
