About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Oracle E-Business Suite Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Consultant to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll work with leading organizations to design, implement, and optimize Oracle planning solutions, helping clients improve forecast accuracy, inventory management, production planning, and overall supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with client stakeholders to design and deliver supply chain planning solutions that drive operational improvements and business value.
- Advise clients on supply chain planning best practices and process improvements enabled through Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
- Work with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
- Lead workshops, solution demonstrations, and design sessions to support business and technology decision-making.
- Configure and implement Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and production planning.
- Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Produce functional design documentation and collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and enhancements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), knowledge transfer, and change management activities.
- Provide guidance on integrations between ASCP and related Oracle modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management and Procurement.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution design, estimates, demonstrations, and proposal development.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and related Supply Chain modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, BOM, WIP, and Cost Management.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle EBS implementations across the full project lifecycle.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
- Experience with integrations, data migration, testing, and solution design documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive approach, strong problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work effectively with both local and offshore teams.
