About the Role
As part of a nationwide team, you will guide clients in the public sector and critical infrastructure sectors through solution-oriented consulting into the digital future. You will create modern and secure solutions for millions of people, thereby creating added value for society and the public in Germany and Europe every day.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, conception, control, and implementation of transformation projects in the public sector or in areas with special security requirements.
- Assist ministries, authorities, and other public sector entities or critical infrastructure organizations with innovative methods in their tasks to implement digital transformation projects.
- Be part of a team for consulting in client projects to plan and implement information flows and IT landscapes in a viable and sustainable manner.
- Apply classic management methods or accompany and coach clients in the introduction of agile methods such as Scrum and SAFE or innovative technologies, gradually taking on technical leadership of team members.
- Assist in making processes and systems of public administrations or critical infrastructures resilient in terms of cybersecurity through holistic approaches and implementing regulations for compliance, regulatory affairs, and data protection as an advisor to ensure their digital sovereignty.
Requirements
- Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master).
- Experience and interest in shaping transformations and digitalization.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level).
