About the Role

For our store in Berlin, we are looking for a Master Optician (m/f/d) to enrich our team with expertise, passion, and precision.
Responsibilities
- Professional and individual consultation of our customers regarding glasses and lenses
- Conducting comprehensive eye tests and providing precise recommendations
- Professional fitting and repair of glasses
- Ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the store
- Supporting and technically guiding the team on optical matters
- Co-creating an inspiring and high-quality shopping experience
Requirements
- Completed further training as a Master Optician (or comparable degree)
- Experience in conducting eye exams and using modern measuring technology
- Enthusiasm for fashion, design, and trends – ideally with a special interest in eyewear
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment of customer contact
- Precision, manual dexterity, and a high standard of quality
- Teamwork skills and willingness to take responsibility
