About the Role
This position is a parental leave cover, limited to one year, for our flagship print workflow suite, AccurioPro Flux. You will handle technical pre-sales and after-sales software support requests, analyze software problems, and find solutions in cooperation with the development department.
Responsibilities
- Handling technical pre-sales and after-sales software support requests in our ticketing system (Jira) or over the phone
- Analyzing software problems and finding efficient and effective solutions, if necessary in cooperation with the development department
- Reproducing customer requirements in a suitable test environment depending on the need
- Documenting solutions carefully in our ticketing system
Requirements
- Strong background in IT, Support, or Printing
- Great communicational skills
- Self-driven and structured method of working
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Fluency in English is essential
- Enjoy getting to the bottom of a matter and solving tricky tasks
Skills
- Knowledge of printing
- Knowledge of page description languages PDF & PostScript
- Knowledge of digital pre-press
- Knowledge of color management
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Batch, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of XML
- Knowledge of JSON
- Knowledge of databases (e.g. MongoDB, SQLite)
