About the Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to build and deliver AI-powered products that create significant business impact. This role involves owning the product roadmap and its outcomes, working at the intersection of AI capabilities, customer needs, and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch to iteration.
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful value for customers and translate them into product initiatives.
- Use experimentation, metrics, and customer feedback to guide product decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
- Champion the use of AI both within the product and internally across workflows.
- Define clear success metrics and be accountable for product performance, adoption, and business impact.
- Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their workflows, problems, and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Move quickly from idea to prototype to production, balancing speed with quality.
Requirements
- Strong interest in AI technologies and their real-world applications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to build from scratch.
- Track record of owning outcomes, not just delivering features.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Passion for learning, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of what AI can do.
Skills
- AI assisted coding (Claude Code, Cursor etc)
- Shipping AI-enabled features or products
