About the Role
Bloom Nutrition is seeking a motivated and proactive part-time Influencer Marketing Intern to join our in-office Austin-based team. This role is pivotal in driving influencer awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate has prior experience with influencer marketing, especially scouting and outreach on TikTok and Instagram, and possesses strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Scout new influencers for various Bloom product campaigns alongside the Influencer Team.
- Assist the Influencer Team in maintaining relationships with influencers.
- Build influencer lists for gifting.
- Package and create PR boxes for influencers.
- Facilitate the execution of planned influencer marketing campaigns.
- Organize and assimilate influencer insights/data.
- Analyze insights/data to refine future influencer campaigns.
- Assist Influencer Marketing Coordinators and the rest of the Influencer Team in weekly reports.
- Commute to the office in Austin 2-3 times a week.
Requirements
- Prior experience with influencer marketing, especially scouting and outreach, preferably on TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong organization skills.
- Initiative.

- Strong knowledge of the social media landscape.
- Background in influencer marketing on TikTok.
- Passion for finding the perfect influencers to represent a brand.
- Must commute to the office in Austin office 2-3 times a week.
