About the Role
Bloom Nutrition is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and organized TikTok Shop Intern to join their team. This internship offers hands-on experience in social commerce and livestream selling within the fast-growing wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and engage with creator communities across Discord and Lark.
- Build strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and LIVE streamers.
- Monitor community chats and answer creator questions promptly.
- Support creator onboarding, outreach, and follow-up communication.
- Identify and source new TikTok Shop creators for affiliate outreach.
- Research emerging LIVE creators and affiliates with strong TikTok Shop potential.
- Assist with LIVE campaign coordination, giveaways, and creator activations.
- Track creator participation and campaign performance.
- Monitor TikTok trends, viral products, and emerging creators.
- Support product launches and special campaign initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite Monday-Thursday.
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking creator performance, outreach, and campaign organization.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication across creator communities and internal teams.
Skills
- Passion for TikTok, social media, creator marketing, and online communities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, personable, and comfortable chatting with creators daily.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Discord, Lark, TikTok Shop, or affiliate marketing is a huge plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience moderating or managing online communities is a plus.
- Experience creating TikTok content is a plus.
- Understanding of TikTok trends, LIVE selling, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Highly active on social media platforms.
- Spanish-speaking is a major plus.
