About the Role
Support day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, from sourcing talent to managing product fulfillment and scaling the ambassador program. Gain hands-on experience with high-growth CPG brands, top-tier creators, and innovative influencer platforms.
Responsibilities
- Scout and communicate with content creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Place product orders for influencers through Shopify and track delivery timelines.
- Assist with packing and shipping creator PR boxes for campaigns and product launches.
- Assist in communication for preparing and submitting contract requests for influencer partnerships.
- Support the Talent & Influence team in managing our third-party influencer CRM and ambassador platform (GRIN).
- Help audit influencer reporting tools to ensure accurate content tracking, data logging, and campaign measurement.
- Support influence team with collecting AD IDs for paid creators and confirming usage via contract terms.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for influencer marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
