We are seeking a Design Specialist focused on eCommerce to develop creative concepts, strategies, and design solutions for platforms like Amazon and Walmart. Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, strategies, and design solutions tailored to e-commerce environments across mobile and desktop platforms.
Create and strategize compelling product designs, brand store assets, and digital shelf touchpoints.
Stay current with design trends, e-commerce best practices, and industry innovations.
Translate data-driven insights into creative solutions that optimize discovery and conversion.
Apply UX/UI design principles to enhance user experience across e-commerce platforms.
Incorporate SEO and GEO best practices into design strategy and execution.
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, iterate faster, and explore new creative possibilities.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including account teams, client services, creative team, and freelancers.
Work autonomously and creatively within limitations and guidelines.
Execute tasks dependably and take full responsibility for outcomes.
Support team members and contribute to collective success.

Requirements

Proficient expertise within Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and proficient in Excel.
Understands the core concepts of creating videos, animation and editing techniques.
Ability to manage, maintain, and organize files in a systematical manner.
Expertise in project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Learns quickly, spearheads new challenges, and/or builds upon new and existing skills.
Open to receiving, applying and providing constructive feedback.
Takes initiative to support team members and contribute to collective success.
Actively explores new tools and technologies; doesn't passively consume but troubleshoots and asks good questions.
