Responsibilities

Understand, design, and develop new functions in Wayne payment products and Wayne integrations with 3rd party payment products.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Complete individual assignments within Scrum sprints with minimal supervision.
Assist in triaging customer-reported field issues in collaboration with Dover New Product Support and Help Desk teams.
Apply good judgment to meet tight schedules while maintaining superior quality.
Perform design reviews and code reviews.
Collaborate with payment team members to ensure project success and champion high quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent working knowledge of object-oriented programming languages.
5+ years of software development experience within Windows environments.
C# and .NET Core coding experience using Visual Studio IDE.
Strong object-oriented and multi-threading programming skills.
Strong knowledge of design patterns.
Team player and self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Basic understanding of security and cryptography in software, including digital signing, secure hash functions, encryption, and OpenSSL.
Familiarity with working with hardware devices (card readers, contactless readers, receipt printers, embedded terminal displays, etc.), including assembly and configuration for testing.
