- Drive an inclusive, high-performing culture that prioritizes psychological safety, continuous learning, and equitable talent development.
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience leading data infrastructure, marketing analytics, or data engineering practices, with significant time spent in senior executive agency or management consulting roles.
- Proven track record of growing a multi-million-dollar analytics practice, managing department P&Ls, and scoping large-scale enterprise project-level and annual agreements.
- Master-level ability to synthesize and present complex technological capabilities (AI, infrastructure, pipelines) into strategic business imperatives for C-level executives.
