About the Role
POP MART is seeking a Supply Chain professional to lead the monthly S&OP cycle for the Europe business, ensuring alignment between supply and demand, optimizing inventory, and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, inventory balancing, and executive consensus review for Europe business.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate sales forecasts from country teams, marketing, and key account channels, continuously improving forecast accuracy.
- Monitor regional inventory turnover, safety stock, OTIF, and supply bottlenecks, proposing inventory optimization plans to avoid overstock and stockout.
- Align the factory supply plan, warehouse allocation, and logistics arrangement according to regional demand fluctuation and seasonal peaks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and manufacturing to resolve supply-demand gaps.
- Track the midterm market trend, promotion plan, and new product launch schedule, ensuring supply readiness.
- Prepare a monthly S&OP performance report, highlighting risks, gaps, and improvement actions for regional leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of working experience in S&OP / demand planning / supply planning, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry.
- Solid understanding of the European market supply chain, multi-country inventory deployment, and the EU logistics model.
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills; experience with SAP or a planning system is preferred.
- Good cross-department communication, problem-solving ability, and structured working logic.
- Fluent English for regional meetings and stakeholder alignment.
