About the Role
As a Design Consultant, you will elevate the guest experience by nurturing our complimentary design service and championing guest engagement. You will partner with other consultants to expand our market reach through community outreach and empower guests to customize their living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Provide design expertise for scheduled studio and home visits, virtual appointments, and on-demand design sessions
- Identify and network with local organizations and businesses to promote design services
- Support the retail store team with order entry, visual floorsets, and merchandising
- Maintain store standards and participate in product training activities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in interior design, consultation, and event planning
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to conduct home visits with guests
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
- Space planning
- Basic drafting
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and floor plans
