About the Role
Interns will gain extensive hands-on experience in economic consulting, contributing to high-profile cases by analyzing client issues, relating them to economic theory, and supporting analysis with empirical evidence. The role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative client data to understand industry competition.
- Reviewing literature and contributing to discussions on theoretical and empirical approaches.
- Conducting empirical analysis using Excel and Stata.
- Drafting reports to summarize analysis.
- Participating in client meetings and conference calls.
Requirements
- Currently undertaking or recently completed Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in economics, ideally with a focus on microeconomics, industrial organisation and/or econometrics.
- Highly analytical.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicants applying whilst completing their Bachelor's degree are usually hired in their final year; exceptional second-year students may be considered.
