About the Role
The DGSI is responsible for designing and implementing the IT strategy of the Banque de France, ensuring IT architecture upgrades, innovation integration, digital security, and data management. Within the DINAMO, the SPHERE service handles project management and maintenance for market operations, monetary policy, and market infrastructure IT systems. PRISME7 is the application used for refinancing operations and securities management, facilitating settlement/delivery of market operations. EMBASSY is the project to migrate Prisme7 to a newer framework version. The technical designer will support the project manager in technical environment preparation, software installation, and ensuring technical choices and development frameworks are correctly applied.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical environments and validate their compliance
- Install new software versions
- Ensure proper application of technical choices and development frameworks
- Identify and prevent technical project risks
- Participate in resolving complex development issues
- Participate in analyzing production application problems
- Collaborate closely with the project manager, architects, developers, and testers
Requirements
- BAC +5: engineering school or Master's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience
