About the Role
The Additional Services Technician provides specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions. This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
- Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
- Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience required.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks.
- Ability to operate ladders and power tools safely and effectively.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
- Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
