About the Role
CLA is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Engineer to join their Information Technology team. This role focuses on improving and supporting business ERP use, including configuration, development of solutions and enhancements, design, and maintenance of ERP applications.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and improve Workday configuration and integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform, and other tools.
- Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday.
- Develop and support integrations (EIB) for data exchange between Workday and other systems.
- Configure and maintain domain security policies and business process policies in Workday.
- Provide technical direction on Workday configuration and new functionality.
- Create and review technical documentation for processes, policies, and user guides.
- Participate in project teams related to ERP or that utilize ERP information.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Act as a level three application support for CLA’s ERP Team.
- Review application updates for impact on existing configuration and identify opportunities.
- Provide implementation support and Workday optimization related to business processes, security, and data integrity.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills with sound judgment.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP.
- 2+ years of experience with Workday preferred.
- Experience with Workday Studio (including Studio Starter Kit) preferred.
- Experience with Integration Development preferred.
- Experience in engineering and testing ERP integrations to external vendors or other parties.
- Detail-oriented team player comfortable managing confidential information professionally.
- Experience planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Experienced in Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing, and migration.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
