About the Role
This role is for a Senior Marketing Manager focused on strategy, planning, and project management for Marcus & Millichap Corporate Marketing. The position involves developing marketing campaigns, working with internal stakeholders to define project scope and goals, managing cross-functional projects, and partnering with the design team to ensure materials are well-designed and on-brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing campaigns supporting strategic corporate services and programs.
- Work with internal clients to understand and document scope and requirements for new projects.
- Utilize a variety of marketing tools including print and digital media, advertising, email, social media, marketing automation, and project management tools.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and design team to ensure materials are well-designed and on-brand.
- Meet with internal stakeholders to understand their goals and priorities to develop strategic marketing plans that align with those goals.
- Become knowledgeable about the general Commercial Real Estate industry, including terminology.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused demeanor with an eye for detail, precision, and accuracy.
- Successfully operate within a high production volume environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Business.
- 10+ years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role.
- In-house marketing department or ad agency background is a plus.
- Commercial Real Estate industry experience is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with previous experience demonstrating a dedication to the success of peers and willingness to train/mentor others.
- Possess an innovative mindset to improve processes, products, and client experience.
- Ability to manage projects from start to completion within the given timeframe.
- Excellent computer and internet skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Asana is a strong plus.
