About the Role
We are committed to automating demanding, dirty, and dangerous jobs through advanced robotics and control technologies, enabling more intellectual and creative work. We seek an experienced IT Security & Compliance Lead to oversee cybersecurity operations, cloud security, compliance, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead security compliance enablement aligned with ISO 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, including risk assessments, internal audits, policy management, vendor security reviews, and security awareness programs.
- Manage Microsoft 365 security features, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Defender, Purview, DLP, email security, and audit monitoring.
- Oversee endpoint security solutions, EDR platforms, device compliance, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.
- Respond to client audit queries and collaborate with product teams to maintain compliance and support audit drives.
- Lead the security aspects of IPO readiness and ensure alignment with country-specific regulations.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, coordinate penetration testing, manage patching, and track remediation activities.
- Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, DNS security, and network segmentation.
- Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM), including RBAC, privileged access management, user lifecycle management, and periodic access reviews.
- Perform security architecture reviews, application security assessments, cloud security reviews, and secure configuration management.
- Support DevSecOps initiatives.
- Maintain security documentation and risk registers to ensure continuous improvement of the organization's security posture.

- Hands-on experience in vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience in endpoint protection.
- Hands-on experience in identity & access management.
- Hands-on experience with ISO/NIST compliance frameworks.
