- Design and optimize P2P processes, approval flows, supplier interactions, purchasing, and procurement controls.
- Configure approval workflows using BPM and Oracle Approval Management.
- Support related functional configurations across Inventory Management, Receiving, and Shipping.
- Ensure seamless integration with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cost Management.
- Analyze cross-module dependencies and ensure end-to-end business processes function effectively across SCM and Finance.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of functional documentation, including BR100s, configuration workbooks, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), functional specifications, process flows, and test scripts.
- Define functional requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and customizations (RICEW).
- Partner with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Define and document data migration requirements for items, suppliers, customers, open purchase orders, open sales orders, and price lists.
- Support data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Validate conversion results using FBDI, ADFdi, and related Oracle data-loading tools.
- Identify and resolve data quality and conversion issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive functional test scenarios and scripts.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Coordinate defect identification, triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
- Validate end-to-end O2C and P2P business processes across integrated Oracle modules.
- Support regression testing associated with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and other system changes.
- Analyze existing Oracle EBS R12 processes, configurations, and business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve legacy processes during migration.
- Support EBS-to-Fusion transformation initiatives, including fit-gap analysis, configuration mapping, data conversion, testing, and cutover.
- Provide functional guidance on differences between EBS and Fusion business processes and functionality.
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user and business process training.
- Support cutover and go-live activities.
- Provide hands-on functional support during go-live and post-production hypercare.
- Troubleshoot production issues and work with technical teams to drive timely resolution.
