About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager / Bridge Engineer, you will be the link between Japanese customers and international engineering teams, ensuring customer needs are understood, translated into requirements, and delivered successfully. This role offers an opportunity to grow technical and project management skills on Data and AI projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Japanese customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bridge communication between customers and international engineering teams.
- Gather, clarify, and document customer requirements, and turn them into clear tasks for engineers.
- Plan and track project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Run customer meetings, status reports, and project reviews.
- Spot risks and issues early and coordinate solutions with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong customer communication skills and a confident, client-facing presence.
- Native or near-native Japanese.
- Basic IT background (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, data, or cloud).
- A structured, proactive way of working and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
