About the Role
We are seeking a Market Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic Sales Coordination team. You will be responsible for supporting customers in our online auction platform, capturing vehicle information, launching profiles, providing training, and maintaining client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your experience in customer service, technology, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Visit dealerships to capture vehicle inventory and assess their condition.
- Launch new vehicle profiles on our mobile app for dealers.
- Provide training and resolve technical issues for clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in delivering superior customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with web and mobile technology.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to drive Manual Transmission.
