About the Role
This role offers a practical, outdoor career with real progression opportunities. You will learn to deliver professional pest and bird control services, conduct inspections, assist with treatment plans, and provide excellent customer service. Full training and support are provided, including achieving RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional pest and bird control services across a variety of customer sites.
- Carry out inspections and identify signs of pest activity.
- Assist with treatment plans and bird deterrent installations.
- Monitor sites and accurately record and report findings.
- Provide a friendly and professional service to customers.
- Develop the skills and confidence to work independently across your region.
- Attend regular team meetings, training sessions and development days.
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Reliable, motivated and eager to learn.
- Practical and comfortable with hands-on, outdoor work.
- Safety-conscious with good attention to detail.
- Friendly and confident when speaking with customers.
- Organised and able to manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Interested in wildlife, nature or environmental work.
- Keen to develop a long-term career within a specialist industry.
