About the Role
Cohen & Co's internship program offers hands-on client experience, technical knowledge, and insight into the firm's 'Great People First' culture. Interns will build relationships with peers and leaders while receiving tools and training to launch their careers.
Responsibilities
- Get involved in real audit work, perform testing, assist with reporting, and ensure compliance across various engagements.
- Connect with peers, mentors, and engagement teams through client work, firm events, and internship program experiences.
- Receive ongoing feedback to help sharpen technical skills and develop professionally.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives such as business development, recruitment, DEI efforts, and community service.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- Successfully completed introductory accounting course(s) and at least one intermediate accounting course before the internship program start date.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Pursuing required credit hours to sit for the CPA Exam.
Work Type
- Full-time (32-40 hours/week)
- Part-time (minimum 20-25 hours/week)
