Responsibilities
- Prepare well-documented functional specifications for assigned projects, test plans, and test cases.
- Conduct test case execution and research analysis of moderately complex data.
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff, assisting with application training and project methodology.
- Act as a functional lead on moderately complex projects, scheduling and facilitating project team meetings.
- Meet with business clients to understand application change requirements and document functional specifications.
- Participate in design discussions and provide feedback on business requirements to ensure technology applications support client needs.
- Review business requirements with the technology team to ensure project requirements are understood.
- Coordinate and provide estimates for moderately complex to complex projects, including timelines and phases.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to advise on application impacts from enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Work with vendors to understand project functionality and provide implementation insights.
- Act as Test Coordinator for large project initiatives involving multiple applications.
- Participate in and document data mapping for system integration, conversion, and acquisition projects.
- Prepare test plans and scripts based on functional specifications, and manage/execute test cases.
- Serve as a functional lead with other project team members on systems impacting the project.
- Monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure projects stay within scope and meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to business requirements and Corporate Technology standards.
- Ensure efficient and timely resolution of issues arising from testing or implementation.
- Document, report, and resolve issues, incidences, and questions.
- Coordinate and manage post-implementation activities, including feedback, issue resolution, and debriefing.
- Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Bank brand.
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points and regulatory issues.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Combined minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
