Responsibilities
- Prepare well-documented functional specifications for assigned projects, test plans, and test cases.
- Conduct research and analysis of complex data to ensure accuracy of functional design.
- Mentor less experienced staff in application training, research analysis, and project methodology.
- Serve as functional lead on complex projects for assigned applications.
- Schedule and facilitate project team meetings, documenting and distributing minutes.
- Meet with business clients to discuss requested application changes and understand specifications.
- Participate in design discussions and deliver required functional specifications.
- Gather end-user requirements and provide feedback on technology applications.
- Review business requirements with the technology team to ensure project understanding.
- Coordinate and provide estimates for large projects, including timelines and phases.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to advise on application impacts from enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to understand project functionality and implementation.
- Potentially serve as Test Coordinator for large projects involving multiple applications.
- Document data mapping for system integration, conversion, and acquisition projects.
- Prepare test plans and scripts with other testing teams based on functional specifications.
- Manage and/or execute test cases to verify changes and enhancements.
- Serve as functional lead with other project team members on impacting systems.
- Monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure project scope and regulatory adherence.
- Ensure adherence to business requirements and Corporate Technology standards.
- Ensure change requests are consistently documented, reviewed, and resolved.
- Coordinate and manage post-implementation activities, including feedback and debriefs.
- Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Bank brand.
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points and regulatory issues.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
