About the Role

We are seeking an extraordinary Software Engineering Manager who is passionate about Information Security, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a team responsible for developing Web and network based security tooling at Apple. This is a technical hands-on role that is focused on delivery of technologies used to protect Apple.

Responsibilities

Manage a team building and deploying highly scalable and efficient solutions that will identify and report security risks across our organisation.
Contribute directly to projects, leveraging technical credibility.

Requirements

Prior management experience.
Strong software engineering background in systems, backend, distributed systems, or platform work, with the ability to engage deeply.
Proven track record in software development and architecture in Go (Golang).
Solid grasp of Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g. socket programming).
