Collaboration with international product marketing leads is key for global consistency and coordinated launches.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for major Norton product launches in the Americas, including positioning, messaging, channel activation, launch sequencing, and post-launch measurement.
  • Lead feature naming and positioning for new Norton capabilities, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and brand consistency.
  • Develop and maintain launch playbooks to enable marketing and sales organization activation.
  • Partner with the acquisition marketing team to align campaign creative, messaging, and audience targeting with product positioning and customer insights.
  • Serve as the voice of the US customer, synthesizing research, data, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitor positioning, market dynamics, and consumer behaviors, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with research and analytics to build deep segmentation understanding for effective messaging.
  • Act as the primary product marketing contact for US partner and channel sales teams, creating sales-ready materials.
  • Ensure partner-facing messaging is accurate, compelling, and current, including pitch decks and battlecards.
  • Build relationships with partner sales leadership to understand priorities and inform product/marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with international product marketing leads to ensure global positioning consistency and coordinated launch timing.
  • Drive regular internal communications to brief stakeholders on launches, competitive developments, and customer insights.
  • Represent the Americas in global planning forums to ensure US market perspective is included in global strategy.
  • Collaborate with product management to influence roadmap decisions with market evidence and ensure product readiness.
  • Partner with brand, creative, and demand generation teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Manage ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, and clear communication.

Requirements

  • Synthesizing market signals, partner feedback, and customer data into product marketing strategy.
  • Translating product capabilities into sales-ready materials, narratives, and tools.
