About the Role
As a Chocolate Advisor at Lindt USA, you will create a positive and engaging in-store experience for our customers, playing an integral part in delivering a premium experience. This role requires a positive, highly engaged self-starter with a passion for Lindt, product knowledge, and commitment to the brand.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to achieving or exceeding sales plans by providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Promote current marketing programs and utilize company resources to optimize selling activity.
- Monitor and escalate customer or product issues to management.
- Ensure operational standards and controls are adhered to.
- Restock shelves, monitor date codes and pricing.
- Perform store maintenance and cleaning.
- Comply with Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to interact positively with customers.
- Basic math and/or accounting skills.
- Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.
- Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends (Saturday and Sundays) and Holidays.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Must successfully pass a background screening.
- May be required to pass drug screenings.
