About the Role
You’ll be the hands-on expert our customers rely on to keep their equipment running safely and reliably. Your work helps prevent downtime, protects operators, and keeps workplaces productive, day in and day out.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain material handling equipment including electric, LPG, gas, and diesel systems
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and component rebuilds to manufacturer standards
- Work safely at customer sites by following proper blocking, chocking, and lockout procedures
- Document repairs, manage parts, and keep your work area clean and safe
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude with 1+ year of forklift or related equipment repair experience
- Strong customer service mindset and clear communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to participate in on-call support as needed
