About the Role
This 10-week summer internship program offers undergraduate students collaborative, hands-on learning in Data, Analytics, & Automation, providing real-world experience to sharpen professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Participate in onboarding, training, and team building during the first week in NYC.
- Work a hybrid schedule: 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week remote/virtual.
- Engage in a team project focused on a real business concern, presented to Senior Leadership.
- Seek individual development opportunities.
- Receive coaching and mentoring.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prepare deliverables for meetings while exhibiting professionalism, maturity, and insight.
- Solve problems innovatively and creatively.
- Focus on achieving group and client objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive work experience is not a requirement.
- Dedication to learning and a true passion for the banking industry are vital.
- Organizational skills, a high degree of self-motivation, initiative, and leadership potential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.
