About the Role
We are building an EMEA Events Centre of Excellence and seeking a leader to make it world-class. This role will build the operating engine behind a high-volume events program, standardizing planning, execution, measurement, and amplification to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive pipeline and revenue. You will provide playbooks, an agency network, content engine, and performance insights to elevate events through creativity and organization.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize and scale events by building the EMEA events centre of excellence with standard processes, planning timelines, templates, budget workflows, vendor frameworks, and quality benchmarks.
- Support Field and Partner Marketing by acting as a delivery partner, providing event ops support, agency access, and best practices.
- Own events performance and ROI by tracking pipeline, opportunity creation, cost per opportunity, and account coverage, and running portfolio reviews.
- Manage the EMEA agency ecosystem by selecting, negotiating with, and managing event, production, creative, and video agencies.
- Build event content and noise by partnering with video teams to capture events and create short-form assets for social and web.
- Partner across marketing and sales teams to align event messaging, follow-up, and pipeline handoff.
- Build a branded EMEA road show and regional communities, combining partner forums with tailored customer and prospect sessions.
- Lead/support customer advisory boards and executive briefings, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional needs.
- Build and grow the team by recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing events team.
- Drive innovation by introducing new formats, event technology, and AI-enabled approaches.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B event or field marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, data or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience running a high-volume, multi-format events program across EMEA.
- Experience creating branded, repeatable event series that build regional communities.
- Strong analytical skills, including hands-on Salesforce reporting, to tie events to pipeline and revenue.
- Experience managing and negotiating with agencies and vendors across multiple EMEA markets.
- Experience working with video and content teams to produce fast-turnaround event content.
- Experience delivering executive briefings, EBCs or customer advisory boards.
- A track record of building scalable processes and operating models.
- Confidence engaging senior and C-level customers, prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Strong influencing skills to drive alignment across teams without formal authority.
- Budget ownership and strong financial discipline.

- Willingness to travel across EMEA.
