About the Role
Our drivers are an important part of the guest experience, often being the last person a guest sees. We are looking for someone who takes pride in representing The Pizzeria and delivering great food and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to guests.
- Provide friendly, professional service at every delivery.
- Handle orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
- Follow all traffic and company safety guidelines.
- Communicate with the restaurant team regarding orders, directions, and guest needs.
- Help with light in-store responsibilities between deliveries.
- Represent The Pizzeria with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Contribute ideas and creativity to our evolving brand.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with fellow teammates.
- Be part of a passionate team that values collaboration, learning, and mutual support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of driving experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
- Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and delivery-related tasks.
- Ability to work independently while still being part of a team.
- Proven experience in a high-paced restaurant environment.
- Culinary school graduates are welcomed.
- Dependable, enjoy being on the road.
