About the Role
The Housekeeping team at Crown Sydney plays a vital role in delivering the premium experience guests expect from one of Australia’s most iconic luxury hotels. This is an excellent opportunity for those on Student Visas or seeking flexible part-time work to gain experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown’s high standards
- Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms
- Vacuum and tidy rooms
- Refill guest amenities and supplies
- Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor
- Respect guest privacy and work professionally at all times
- Work with your team to meet daily room targets based on a credit system
Requirements
- At least 3 months’ previous experience in Housekeeping in a hotel, resort, or accommodation environment
- Availability to work across a 7‑day rotating roster
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending and lifting
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Skills
- Previous luxury hotel housekeeping experience
