About the Role

You'll lead product for the Packages Book & Service team, owning the checkout experience, booking steps, and post-booking experience. Packages allow travelers to bundle flights, hotels, and rental cars for exclusive discounts. Your work will impact checkout conversion, error recovery, and post-purchase management. You will also support the broader Packages & Travel Services portfolio, including travel protection and the Priceline credit card. You will drive outcomes through influence, partnering with Checkout, Flights, Hotels, Rental Cars, and Customer Care teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your Packages team.
  • Translate market trends and customer feedback into actionable opportunities.
  • Act as a "daily driver" of the Product Operating Model, balancing new features with technical debt remediation and platform enabler work.
  • Lead the prioritization, sequencing, and refinement of the product backlog.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design leads to ensure work is feasible and aligned with desired outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Marketing, and Engineering teams to design end-to-end solutions.
  • Leverage big data, real-time analytics, and A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and measure product performance.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to modernize legacy search and booking processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably within ecommerce or travel-related domain.
  • Thrive in complex product environments, digging in independently to learn, investigate problems, and drive solutions.
  • Proven experience operating effectively within a Product Operating Model, with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery.
  • Advocate for the customer, designing features for different customer segments across web and native app experiences.
  • Highly skilled at using data to drive prioritization, define success metrics, and reduce ambiguity.
  • Comfortable integrating AI into workflows and product solutions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical constraints into clear business trade-offs.
  • Illustrated history of living the Priceline values: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust.
  • Maintain unquestionable integrity and ethics in all professional dealings.
