About the Role
US Fertility, a leading partnership of physician-led fertility practices, is redefining careers in reproductive medicine. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to patients and teams.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients and couples about the causes of infertility and discuss necessary evaluation, treatment and/or procedure plans.
- Perform pre-procedure and post-procedure assessment and teaching.
- Consult with patients regarding treatment protocols, medications, and/or required testing or procedures.
- Assist as needed in surgical cases and transfers.
- Make necessary measurements & calculations while performing ultrasound procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing, or Doctor of Nursing degree
- Current New York State Nursing license
- Current New York State Certification (Yellow/diploma-like document)
- Valid and current Nurse Practitioner license required
- Valid and current Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (ANCC, AANP, or specialty board)
- BLS and/or ACLS Certified
- Women's health experience preferred; training will be provided
- High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
