About the Role
Sigma Continental is seeking safety-focused, professional CDL A Team Drivers for unassigned/flex linehaul runs based out of FedEx Ground in Binghamton, NY. Immediate openings are available for drivers who value consistency, strong operational support, and well-maintained equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate newer model Freightliner Cascadias
- Provide 24/7 dedicated U.S.-based operations support
- Dispatch support
- Breakdown coordination
- Weather event support
- Routing issue resolution
- On-the-road problem resolution
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 21
- Valid Class A CDL
- 12 Months of Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Experience Within Last 3 Years, or; 5 Years Within Last 10 Years
- Doubles Endorsement (Doubles Experience Not Required – Must Have Endorsement Prior to Start Date)
- Clean MVR
- Ability to Pass Drug Screen
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No Cell Phone or Texting Tickets

- Up to .92 CPM (Team Split)
- Earn $1,900 - $2,200 (Paid Weekly/Per Driver)
