About the Role
This 10-week summer internship program offers undergraduate students real-world experience in core areas of Retail Banking. Interns will gain experience through meaningful work, a team project, and individual development opportunities, guided by dedicated leaders.
Responsibilities
- Participate in onboarding, training, and team building during the first week in NYC.
- Work on a team project focused on a real business concern, presented to Senior Leadership.
- Engage in individual development opportunities, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements

- Organizational skills, self-motivation, initiative, and leadership potential.
- Ability to prepare deliverables for meetings with professionalism, maturity, and insight.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Currently authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.
