About the Role
Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service driven Expeditor to support management and sales staff in retail stores. This role involves assisting clients with product, managing the cash wrap process, and maintaining visual and housekeeping standards. Responsibilities also include merchandise receiving, presentation, markdown processing, transfers, replenishment, and potentially Buy Online Pick Up In Store preparation.
Responsibilities
- Support sales team by assisting with product and engaging with clients.
- Assist in Cash Wrap process.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the merchandise’s features and benefits.
- Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
- Assist with replenishment, stock, and transfers.
- Safeguard the store’s inventory by adherence to the company’s loss prevention program.
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
- Fulfillment and Buy Online Pick Up In Store preparation.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work closely with coworkers to ensure positive store results.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with customers and coworkers.
- Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs.
