Lead our finance strategy, oversee financial governance and compliance, and shape the long-term sustainability and growth of the organisation. This role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, leading Finance and IT teams and providing expert financial guidance.

Requirements
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or ACMA professional
- Senior leadership experience
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Passion for working within a values-driven organisation
- Experience within the charitable sector is highly desirable
- Experience advising Boards or Trustees is highly desirable
