- Guide and supervise AI-assisted development efforts, ensuring clear specifications and traceable requirements.
- Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered solutions against business needs.
- Ensure products are designed for scalability, maintainability, security, and compliance from the outset.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, development, architecture, QA, and AI-enabled delivery.
- Monitor product adoption, performance, and user experience, prioritizing improvements based on data and feedback.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product practices, tools, and AI-enabled ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role delivering digital products end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of software development and architecture concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions, including large language models, agents, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements related to digital products.
